The Open Science Fair and open science community is made up of members from around the globe with a diverse set of skills, personalities, and experiences. It is through these differences that our community experiences great successes and continued growth. When you're working with members of the community, this Code of Conduct will help steer your interactions and keep OSFair2023 a positive, successful, and growing community.
We expect all attendees, speakers, partners and all the members from the organizing committee to adhere to the OSFAIR Code of Conduct throughout the entire event:
OSFAIR is devoted to ensure a safe and open environment for everyone, regardless of sex, race, colour, ethnic or social origin, genetic features, language, religion or belief, political or any other opinion, membership of a national minority, property, birth, disability, age or sexual orientation
OSFAIR will have zero tolerance for harassment of participants and no form of harassment is appropriate during any aspect of this conference, including talks, workshops, chats and Q&A windows, Social Media platforms or any other online media.
Following this Code of Conduct will give OSFAIR the capacity to provide all attendees the best experience possible.
