Kerstin Helbig is research data management coordinator at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, Germany. She assists researchers in the management of their research data and organizes training as well as information sessions. In her former position she was a research associate at GESIS – Leibniz Institute for the Social Sciences, where she was responsible for the further development of the used metadata schema and supported researchers in the registration of their research data. Since September 2016, Kerstin has been a member of the DINI-nestor research data working group steering committee and since March 2018 she is a member of the executive board of the German Research Data Alliance node (RDA-DE e.V.).
